How to get started

    Register your business in the app

    Download Ruta, create your account and fill in your business details.

    Ruta verifies your business

    Someone on our team reviews your details and lets you know in the app when your business is verified.

    Activate your plan in My account

    Once verified, sign in here with the same email and password you use in the app, choose your plan and pay by card. Your business goes live when it's active.

Frequently asked questions

How long does verification take?

Up to 7 business days. We review your documents and let you know when your profile is live. If something is missing, we'll tell you.

Does my business need to be officially registered?

Yes, your business must be registered. Depending on the type of business, we'll tell you which documents we need.

When am I charged?

When verification is complete we charge the one-time registration fee and the first payment of the plan you chose.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. The one-time registration fee is not refundable.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, just let us know before the 15th of the month.

Can I have more than one business on my account?

Yes, we want to support all your ventures.

What if my business doesn't pass verification?

In that case it can't be listed on Ruta, because one of our pillars is that every business is verified. Write to us and we'll guide you.
